1:1 Coaching and Mentorship

I'‘m currently opening space for 1:1 sessions.

This is a space for those moving through change, transition, or in a sacred in-between season in life.

These sessions are an invitation for deeper work, and an invitation to begin working together.

1:1 3 Month Mentorship

If you're longing for deeper support and are ready to walk through a season of transformation with steady guidance and reflection, I offer a 3-month 1:1 mentorship container. This is a space to be met in the in-between — where you're no longer who you were, and not yet fully who you're becoming.

This is for you if…

  • You’ve done the therapy, you’ve walked the personal growth path. You are deeply self aware.

  • You do not need more information or more tools.

  • You are ready to release what is no longer serving you and step into your becoming.

  • You crave to be fully seen by a practitioner who can offer you depth, softness, and attunement.

  • You want to feel safe to be exactly who you are in every room you walk in to.

  • You’re ready to show up to life with full honesty and integrity.

  • You are ready to live an expansive life..you will no longer settle for mediocrity.

If you resonate, you are right on time. I would be honored to walk with you.

Testimonials

  • I had two sessions with Masha. The first was more fluid: a space for me to feel and express and explore. Even in what I deemed my own "mess", Masha was able to intuitively feel what was in need of my attention and presence. She guided me with her clear vision into my process, and asked questions and offered prompts that immediately brought up relevant memories from my past, related to what we were exploring together. In the second session, we got to go deeper in exploring a topic that felt very alive for me. I was given the space to converse with conflicting, younger parts of me, and to hear the wisdom that was eager to pour through.   I feel like since our sessions together, I hold certain "problems" in my life with more lightness. I don't feel this urgency in needing to fix something or figure anything out. I'm more able to oscillate within the various possibilities internally from a place of curiosity and exploration—as if getting to know myself and my preferences has become something that doesn't have to be that big of a deal / that I don't have to get right. It feels like there is no looming deadline, no reward and no punishment. I feel lighter, as if at first there was war and now there is...perhaps not yet peace, but space (though I feel like space feels a lot like peace). Space to observe and play and converse and wonder, and to try things on, without pressure, aim or agenda.

  • “Better than therapy! Six sessions with Masha was so transformative. She understood me on a spiritual level and held space for me to make a big decision I’ve been stressing about for 10 years. I have made a choice and am walking confidently in a direction that will bring momentum. I am deeply grateful to have had this level of support and understanding.”

  • "Through working with Masha, I’ve developed a greater ease and awareness with looking inward. I’ve been able to decipher the reasons why I’d react in such ways, what those actions were trying to protect me from, or tell me, and ultimately reframe them into a positive narrative. I have a greater openness to the world as well as the discomfort linked with growth and change. As we progress, my authentic self continues to grow with confidence. I no longer live in fear of what is unknown — instead I embrace it. I’m approaching life from a perspective of grounded calm. I am able to recognize that no path is linear, there will always be ups and downs, but there are always people there to help you along the journey .Having worked with Masha in her coaching container, I now go through life with a greater sense of peace and acceptance."
