About Masha

As a coach and mentor, my approach is intuitive, gentle, and attuned. My work isn’t just about bringing tools and experience from my clinical education as a therapist- its about holding sacred space with care, integrity, commitment, and deep respect for my clients.

It took me a while to get here.

I began my career as a clinical therapist after earning my MSW from Fordham University in New York. I worked for several years in private practice under licensed supervision, thinking I had reached a certain level of success. But over time, the system wore on me. I was seeing between 7-9 clients in a day, did not resonate with the material I was supposed to use in sessions, and was not taking care of my own mental health. I was burned out, disconnected from my body, and knew I needed to make a change.

So I started listening to my inner voice- the gentle resonance that whispered “let’s pivot”.

I stepped away from therapy, moved back in with my mom, and rebuilt slowly. I drove for Lyft, worked in a jewelry store, and helped at my mom’s daycare. I began exploring alternative healing — becoming a certified yoga teacher, Reiki Level 2 practitioner, and diving into intuitive energy work.

At first, I thought I was collecting more tools to help others. But what I discovered was something deeper: I had my own healing to do. And there was a lot that needed to be processed and transformed- throughout my life, I have struggled with CPTSD from narcissistic relationships, emotional neglect, abandonment wounds, sexual trauma, perfectionism, shame, and self-doubt — all of it had been buried beneath the surface while I tried to “show up” as the expert. My real work began when I turned inward and began healing myself.

In 2023, I found out that I was expecting. I felt shocked, excited, nervous, and…prepared. I had done the inner work and knew that I was ready for the initiation of motherhood. Even when my partner shared that he didn’t see himself as a father, I knew I was ready to walk this path on my own.

Mothering my little one became a portal — a reclamation of my own self-love, and it reopened my heart to wanting to be of service again.

Slowly, the call to support others began to whisper. I knew it was time.

This journey brought me here. I am here to help you gently unfold- to drop all of the limiting beliefs and stories, to let go of trying to fix or diagnose, and to discover the inner truth that has always been there. I am here to meet you in the in-between — the place where the old has been shed but the new is still becoming.

This isn’t therapy- I won’t just offer surface validation or pathologize you. I will be walking with you, as a mirror, a witness, and an anchor, and help you claim all that has been there already.
